titleOfInvention | Method of obtaining aromatic carbonate |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to perfection of the method of obtaining aromatic carbonate, which involves (1) reaction between a metal-organic compound, with a metal-oxygen-carbon bond, and carbon dioxide with obtaining of a reaction mixture, containing dialkylcarbonate, formed as a result of the reaction, where the above mentioned metal-organic compound, with a metal-oxygen-carbon bond, contains at least, one of the compounds, chosen from a group, consisting of: a metal-organic compound with formula (1): where: M 1 represents a tin atom; each of R 1 and R 2 independently represent unbranched or branched C 1 -C 12 alkene group; each of R 3 and R 4 independently represents unbranched or branched C 1 -C 12 alkene group; each of a and b represents a integer from 0 to 2, a+b = 0-2, each of c and d represents an integer from 0 to 4 and a+b+c+d = 4; and a metal-organic compound, with formula (2): , where each of M 2 and M 3 represent a tin atom; each of R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 independently represents unbranched or branched C 1 -C 12 alkene group; each of R 9 and R 10 independently represents unbranched or branched C 1 -C 12 alkene group; each of e, f, g and h is an integer from 0 to 2, e + f = 0-2, g + h = 0-2, each of i and j is an integer from 1 to 3 , e + f+i = 3 and g + h + j = 3; (2) separation of dialkylcarbonate from the reaction mixture with obtaining of residual liquid and carrying out the following stages (3) and (4) in any order or partially or completely at the same time: (3) reacting the residual liquid with alcohol, with unbranched of branched C 1 -C 12 alkene group, with formation of at least, one metal-organic compound and water and removal of water from the metal-organic compound and (4) reacting the dialkylcarbonate, separated from stage (2), with aromatic hydroxy compound in the presence of a re-esterification catalyst with obtaining of aromatic carbonate, where the given aromatic hydroxy compound has formula (3): ArOH (3). n EFFECT: safe method provides simple and effective obtaining of aromatic carbonate with high degree of purity. n 28 cl, 25 ex, 12 dwg |
