titleOfInvention Procedure for strengthening treatment of cylinder part surfaces
abstract FIELD: machine building. n SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in cyclic mechanical effect by vibration rolling and electrolytic sedimentation of coating on surfaces of part at its rotation to achieve required thickness. Also, the first rolling is carried out before electrolytic sedimentation of coating. Before the beginning of treatment there are created stretching forces in the part and they are maintained to completion of treatment. Electrolytic sedimentation is performed with rubbing elements. Electrolyte circulates through them. Length of the rubbing elements corresponds to length of rubbed surface of the part. The rubbing elements are superposed with vibration, while vibration rolling is performed simultaneously with several indenters alternated with the rubbing elements. n EFFECT: upgraded quality of parts due to elimination of deformations, improved micro-structure of surface layer metal, micro-relief formation, reduced contents of hydrogen in surface layer detrimental to operational characteristics. n 2 dwg
