abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a chilled food product containing a temperature-dependent gelated coating with a milk product inside and the product manufacture method. The chilled food product contains an outer temperature-dependent gelated coating (that exists only at a temperature below 20°C and is free of gelating substances active in relation to multivalent ions) and a filling containing a milk product completely enclosed by the gelated coating. The food product manufacture method involves the following stages. The component forming the gelated outer coating (at a temperature higher than the temperature of its gelation) and the component forming the filling are simultaneously batched and simultaneously introduced into an intermediate mould or the final package. The said components are chilled to a temperature below the gelation temperature of the component forming the gelated outer coating. n EFFECT: invention is aimed for avoidance of the ready milk product adhesion to the mould. n 18 cl, 4 dwg, 4 tbl
