titleOfInvention Device for treatment of organic material such as cutting, soaking or flushing and method of operation of device for treatment of organic material
abstract FIELD: textiles, paper. n SUBSTANCE: device for treatment of material, and the treatment includes cutting, soaking and/or flushing the material, comprises: a receiver consisting of walls forming the container made with the ability to store fluid medium and the material to be treated; a feeding device for feeding material be treated into the fluid medium; the discharge element, located upstream in flow in communication along the fluid medium with the interior space of the receiver and downstream in the flow in communication along the fluid medium with the connector for the fluid medium, and the discharge element comprises a vortex generator; a pump mounted downstream in the flow from the vortex generator for pumping the fluid medium with the material from the receiver to the vortex generator and the connector for the fluid medium located downstream in the flow. The vortex generator and the pump in combination are made with the ability of generating a vortex in the fluid medium in the form of a conical spiral so that the vortex enters the receiver, and the rate of flow towards the discharge element is controlled by a pump so that the material retention time in the receiver can be controlled by controlling the pump. n EFFECT: invention is suitable both for soaking the material, and for cutting with soaking, and also for flushing the material. n 31 cl, 9 dwg
