abstract |
FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a sorbent for selective extraction of scandium ions. The method includes a step for acylation of a styrene and divinylbenzene copolymer with acetylchloride in dichloroethane solution in the presence of anhydrous aluminium chloride, washing and drying, a step for phosphorylation of the acylation product with phosphorus trichloride, a step for hydrolysis with ice water and final washing of the end product. The starting copolymer used is a macroporous copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene. Acylation is carried out at the boiling point of the acetyl chloride solution. Phosphorylation is carried out by first holding the reaction mass at room temperature and then adding glacial acetic acid and further holding the reaction mass while stirring. n EFFECT: obtaining a complexing sorbent which is highly selective to scandium and improved process. n 4 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
