FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing compound of formula (IVb), involving (1.1) using compound of formula (Ia) or salts thereof (Ia) (1.2) using phosgene derivative of formula (IIb) (IIb), wherein Y 1 N-and Y 2 N-denote identical or different optionally substituted nitrogen-containing heterocyclic fragments, preferably selected from group comprising imidazolyl and benzimidazolyl; (1.3) using compound of formula (III) or salts thereof (III), in which R 1 denotes ethyl, and in which R denotes h; (2) mixing and introduction into reaction of compounds of formulae (Ia), (IIb) and (III) in solvent in any order to obtain reaction mixture containing Chiral compound of formula (IVb) (IVb).
