FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a derivative of phenoxy-ethyl-amine of formula 1 (1) of stereoisomer or a mixture of its stereoisomers, or its deuterated analogue, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Values following radicals: R 1 represents CH 3 or CF 3 ; R 2 is selected from a group consisting of C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, allyl, C (CH 3 ) 2 CH 2 CH 3 , groups of CH 2 -cyclopropyl, cyclobutil, cyclopentil, CH 2 CH 2 CH 2 F, CH 2 CH 2 CHF 2 , CH 2 CH 2 F, 3,3,3-trifluorpropyl and 4,4,4-trifluorbutil; R 3 is selected from a group consisting of H, CH 3 and CH 2 CH 3 ; or R 2 and R 3 together form CH 2 (CH 2 )CH 2 or CH 2 (CH 2 ) 3 CH 2 ; R 4 is F or Cl; R′ and R′′ independently represent hydrogen or methyl.
