FIELD: electricity; technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in production of cathodes for lithium-ion batteries. Method of producing composite from iron orthophosphate(III) with general formula FePO 4 ·nH 2 O, where n≤2.5, and carbon includes dispersion of elemental carbon source in water phosphate solution containing ions of Fe 2+ . When adding oxidant to obtained dispersion, composite of iron orthophosphate(III) and carbon is precipitated and separated from aqueous solution. Elemental carbon source is represented by graphite, expanded graphite, soot of different types, carbon nanotubes, fullerenes, graphene, glassy carbon, carbon fibres, activated carbon and their mixtures, and oxidising agent is preferably represented by hydrogen peroxide. Produced composite is used for preparing LiFePO 4 , which is used as cathode material for lithium-ion batteries. n EFFECT: invention provides simple and cheap method of producing composite with high output of composite, as well as higher electric conductivity of composite at minimum possible carbon content. n 14 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
