abstract | FIELD: machine engineering. n SUBSTANCE: installation contains: engine, protector with axial shaft support and at least one pump section. The section includes a base, a head, a shaft, a body, intermediate bearings, centrifugal steps. Each stage contains a directing device and an impeller, made in the form of cast-iron constructions of cast iron. The wheels contain a driving and covering discs, between which are placed blades, a groove in which the washer of the axial support is installed, and a hub. The lengths of the wheel hubs at the nominal value coincide with the mounting heights of the guide devices. The guiding devices are fixed relative to the body. The shafts of the pump sections operate in a working condition against each other. A leading blade of the impellers is made on the drive wheel of the impellers. Steps and intermediate bearings are installed in the form of packages, with at least one shaft bushing installed in each bag, due to which the lengths of the stator and the rotor of the package are aligned. n EFFECT: reduction to the optimal value of the axial force acting on the impellers acting on the impellers and, consequently, on the axial support of the pump, reducing the leakage in the stages, thereby increasing the efficiency and operating life of the installation, simplifying the assembly of the pump and reducing its cost. n 10 cl, 5 dwg |
