FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, particularly to a heterocyclic compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein A is pyridyl substituted with one or two A'; each A' is independently C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 haloalkyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl optionally substituted with one or two C1-6 alkyls; n is 0 or 1; B is phenyl; each R is independently -C(=O)R 1 , -C(=O)OR 1 or -C(=O)NHR 1 ; R 1 is H or R 1' ; R 1' is C1-6 alkyl, phenyl, indolyl, indazolyl, pyridinyl C1-6 alkyl or morpholinyl optionally substituted with one or two ; each is hydroxy, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, carboxy or oxo.
