FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food products such as beverages, semi-solid foods and solid foods containing soluble oat flour made from whole-grain oat flour containing hydrolysed starch. Whole-grain oat flour is highly dispersible in water and contains 0.5 to 1 serving of whole grains per serving weighing 8 ounces (237 ml). And the whole grain serving is 16 g whole grains.
