abstract FIELD: power engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering and hydropower engineering. Wind-hydraulic power plant includes base, rigidly sitting on it bearing housing, in which on bearings there is a shaft, in slots of which there are blades limited by stops, in number of at least two pieces and they are located at different heights and with angular displacement at angle of 90°. Blades have rectangular or round shape. On posts rigidly sitting on lower cross, inclined platforms are installed with possibility of regulation, through which shaft passes. Blades can descend downward along inclined platforms, staying in shaft slots, and blades are installed perpendicularly to movement of water or wind flow, working on part of trajectory as sail. n EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing efficiency of use of wind energy or water flow. n 5 cl, 11 dwg
