FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacy, particularly to developing a therapeutic and preventive agent in the form of a gel for treating and preventing infectious-inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa. Proposed dental gel contains dry extracts of Salix caprea bark and Liquorice roots, aqueous extract of sulphide-silt iodine-bromine mud, Salvia officinalis essential oil, chlorhexidine bigluconate, lidocaine hydrochloride, ascorbic acid, carbopol, sorbitol, nipagin and purified water, with the following ratio of components, wt%: dry extracts of Salix caprea bark 1.0–2.0; dry extract of Liquorice roots 1.0–2.0; aqueous extract of sulphide-silt iodine-bromine mud 2.0–3.0; Salvia officinalis essential oil 0.05–0.1; chlorhexidine bigluconate 1.0–2.0; lidocaine hydrochloride 1.0–2.0; ascorbic acid 2.0–3.0; carbopol 3.0–5.0; sorbitol 2.0–4.0; nipaguin 0.2–0.5; purified water – balance.EFFECT: gel with phytopheloid composition is convenient and hygienic in use, with good fixation and uniform distribution on gums; possesses anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating and regenerating properties.1 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex |
