titleOfInvention | Device and method of cooling, sparking and cleaning of smoke emissions from braziers and other furnaces |
abstract | FIELD: smoke removal and air cleaning devices.SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to a device and a method for smoke removal and air cleaning in public catering enterprises for sparking, cooling air, catching soot and fat, protecting air ducts and chimneys from deposits of soot and fat inside them and preventing their ignition. Incandescent air enters the housing of the device and passes through a wet labyrinth on the surface of which there is sparking and heat exchange between the flue gases and water sprayed by at least one nozzle. Cleaned and cooled air passes through the top drop catcher and goes outside the device through the outlet branch pipe. Incandescent air enters the device housing through the lower drop catcher mounted directly above the barbecue or furnace. After the wet labyrinth, the flue gases pass through a zone in which there are water drops sprayed with nozzles, where they are also cooled and cleaned from sparks, soot and fat. Water flowing through a wet labyrinth or directly from the nozzles falls on the lower drop catcher and flows gravitationally to the lower part of the device.EFFECT: increasing safety of furnaces and barbecue by means of cooling and cleaning of flue gases directly at the place of their catching and absence of necessity of their transportation to a separate hydrofilter, improvement of efficiency in processes of cooling, sparking and cleaning of smoke emissions from braziers and other furnaces.2 cl, 1 dwg |
