abstract FIELD: foamed materials.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for continuous production of low-density mineral foam material, mineral foam material and use of mineral foam material as insulating material. Process for the continuous production of mineral foam having a density in a dry condition (d) is from 40 to 600 kg/m, comprising the following steps: (i) mixing of the cement, additive, which reduces the water demand, from 0.5 to 10 wt % relative to total weight of cement of ultrafine particles, which are partially hydrophobic and having contact angle between surface of liquid and surface of solid substance, ranging from 30 to 140°, and for which D50 ranges from 10 to 600 nm, and water, where the water/cement weight ratio is from 0.3 to 2.5; ii) adding to mixture 0.5–10 wt % of a blowing agent with respect to the weight of the cement; (iii) applying a mixture, obtained at step (ii), on substrate; (iv) leaving the mixture for expansion on the substrate. Mineral foam material obtained using said method. Use of said mineral foam as insulating material, particularly heat- or sound-insulating material. Invention is developed in dependent claims.EFFECT: technical result is the development of a method for continuous production of mineral foam material, which is able to stay in place when applied on the substrate, regardless of the shape and inclination of the substrate and having excellent stability properties, low heat conductivity and high strength.13 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
