FIELD: medical equipment. n SUBSTANCE: invention represents a medical instrument for radiotherapy controlled by magnetic resonance imaging, which comprises a magnetic resonance imaging system for obtaining magnetic resonance data from the imaging zone. Medical instrument further comprises a radiation source for emitting X-rays or gamma-radiation, directed into target zone inside imaging zone. Magnetic resonance imaging system comprises at least one radiation permeable electrical transmission line, which is provided by a microstrip line comprising a conductive line extending parallel to the earth layer.
