abstract | FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to once-though cooling device for metallic strip, in particular metallic strip from aluminum or aluminum alloy. Once-though cooling device for cooling metallic strip comprises at least one chiller, through which a strip runs in the direction of strip movement, many upper air nozzles distributed across chiller along the direction of strip movement over strip, many lower air nozzles distributed across chiller along the direction of strip movement over strip, device for cool air treatment using upper and lower air nozzles from upper side of strip as well as from lower side of strip with the possibility of cooling and transporting strip in a contactless manner in chiller between upper air nozzles and lower air nozzles and many water cooling blocks embedded in chiller for processing metallic strip through cool water in chiller.EFFECT: invention is aimed at optimizing cooling regime with obtaining high-quality strip while minimizing distortion level.14 cl, 4 dwg |
