FIELD: hearing organs protection.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of hearing organs using ear plugs. An embodiment of a method for manufacturing an ear plug assembly is presented, wherein the ear plug assembly includes a first ear plug, a second ear plug, and a cord having a first end, a second end, and a segment extending between the first and second ends. Each of the ear plugs contains a stem having a proximal end, a distal end and a longitudinal axis extending from the proximal end to the distal end, and a noise canceling body located at the distal end of the stem. The method includes attaching the first and second ends of the cord to the first and second ear plugs, respectively, by introducing a hot tip into the proximal end of the leg of the ear plug to form a cavity for the cord, while the leg contains the first material with the first melting point, the cord contains the second material with the second melting point, and the hot tip is at or above the first and second melting temperatures, removing the hot tip from the stem, and inserting the first or second end of the cord into the cord cavity. A second embodiment of a method for manufacturing an assembly with ear plugs and 2 versions of an assembly with ear plugs are also described.EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of insertion of the ear plug into the ear canal, as well as effectiveness of hearing protection improvement.21 cl, 3 dwg |
