FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a mouse for producing an immunoglobulin chain, as well as to its cell. Also disclosed is a method for producing the above-mentioned genetically modified mouse containing in its germ line an endogenous immunoglobulin heavy chain locus modified to contain the germ-type kappa (κ) genomic sequence. n EFFECT: resulting mouse can be effectively used to produce a hybrid immunoglobulin binding protein that contains a variable human light chain domain that is functionally linked to the constant region of the heavy chain, to produce an antigen binding protein containing a hybrid immunoglobulin chain and a light chain, and to produce a bispecific antibody. n 27 cl, 9 dwg, 5 tbl, 1 ex |
