FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a serpentine belt, the use of a serpentine belt in a belt drive of a self-propelled combine harvester and a belt drive of a self-propelled combine harvester, in particular to a belt drive for actuating a threshing reel. The belt contains an upper layer and three ribs connected to it with the possibility of force transfer. Each rib, in the cross-section, has a shape of a symmetrical trapezoid adjacent with its base to a long side of a rectangle, which, in turn, forms a cross-section of the upper layer. Each contains, between the upper part and the lower part, a set of cords running parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the serpentine belt. The length of the serpentine belt is from 3500 to 4000 mm. Power transmitted by the serpentine belt during long-term operation is at least 75 kW.EFFECT: high degree of belt loading is achieved.9 cl, 3 dwg |
