abstract | FIELD: electropolishing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of electropolishing the surface of turbomachine blades. Method includes installation of a processed blade airfoil into an electrode covering a blade airfoil with a gap filled with granules from anion exchangers containing an electrolyte, ensuring contact of the granules with the entire surface of the airfoil being processed and with the enclosing electrode, moving the granules in the gap relative to the airfoil surface, supplying an electrical potential of the opposite sign on the blade and the enclosing electrode, which provides ionic entrainment of metal from the surface of the blade airfoil. In this case, a composite enclosing electrode is used, consisting of an electrode equidistant to the shape of the back of the blade feather, placing it from the side of the back, and from an electrode equidistant to the shape of the trough of the feather of the blade, placing it from the side of the trough.EFFECT: improving the quality and reliability of surface treatment of the blade airfoil by increasing the uniformity of its surface treatment and ensuring the specified geometry of the airfoil.9 cl, 4 dwg |
