The fungicidal facility contains as the active substance at least one oxymeter with a formula (I), where R1 means C1-C6- -alkyl, C3-C6-halogenalkenyl, phenyl-C1-C6-alkyl, or phenyl-C1-C6-alkenyl while the phenyl ring can be substituted by one or two substituents created based on C1-C2-halogenalkyl and halogen; R2 and R3 are the same or the different and mean hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy group or halogen and R4 means hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl or aryl, while the aromatic ring can be substituted by one or more substituents chosen of the group created based on C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C2-halogenalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy group, C1-C2 halogenalkoxy group, halogen, cyano group or nitro group and X means CH or N. This patent also contains a description closed to the production of the active substance with the formula (I), based on a reaction of oximeter containing substituents R1, R2, R3 and R4, on the hydroxy group with the appropriate substituted benzyl derivative. |
