titleOfInvention Construction of prefabricated buildings with multi-level foundation and elimination of thermal bridges
abstract The construction of prefabricated buildings with multi-level foundation and elimination of thermal bridges is formed by a base plate (1) with height indentation and waterproofing (2), on which foundation anchoring profiles (3) are anchored in an uneven horizontal level. The supporting construction system is formed by supporting vertical trusses (4) with a height offset (5) anchored to the foundation anchoring profiles (3). The supporting vertical structural system is bound by the binding anchoring profiles (7) of the peripheral shell in an unequal horizontal level of the height offset (6). The supporting structure of the roof structure is formed by a roof truss (8) with a horizontal offset of the abutment surfaces (9) anchored to the anchoring profiles (7) of the peripheral envelope. The aforementioned construction of the cladding, floor and under-roof space is filled with interconnected thermal insulation (10), (11) and (12) after cladding.
