abstract The invention relates to the field of pulp and paper industry and allows to increase the yield and quality of pulp. Spruce chips are loaded into an autoclave and poured with an aqueous solution of sodium monosulfite containing sodium sulfite, and saturated with carbon dioxide in an amount of 2-3% by weight of absolutely dry raw material. Then for 1 h, the temperature in the autoclave is raised to and cooked for 5 hours at this temperature. 1 tab.
