titleOfInvention Method of producing pulp
abstract The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and allows increasing the yield of pulp and improving its quality by increasing the whiteness and reducing the weed, while reducing environmental pollution. The cooking of pre-steamed chips from cellulosic raw materials is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the raw material is treated with a sulphite solution on any basis, containing 1.5-4.0% SOi, at pH 4-8 and a temperature of 120-170 ° C. After the first cooking stage, the spent solution is removed. The second stage of cooking is carried out in an aqueous solution of phosphoric acid with a concentration of 0.2-2.0% at a temperature of 140-170 ° C for 1-2.5 hours. A solution of phosphoric acid is taken in an amount equal to the amount of sulfite solution removed. after the first cooking stage. 1 hp f-ly, 3 tab. (/)
