titleOfInvention Method of treatment of patients having arthrosis of arc-process vertebrae of the spine
abstract This invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the trauma of treatment and complications in the treatment of patients with arthrosis of the arcuate processes of the spine by electrocoagulation of the posterior branches of the sensory roots. Under the control of an electron-optical transducer, long needles with an insulating coating (excluding needle section and cannula) are supplied to the intervertebral holes at the bases of the transverse processes, after which anesthesia of these areas is pre-anesthetized and 0.3 air is introduced. -0.5 ml, the needle is connected to the terminal of the active electrode of the coagulant and the nerve branches are burned out for 1-2 s. The treatment by the proposed method allows to achieve a significant analgesic effect, up to the disappearance of pain on the operating table. $ S
