abstract | The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to surgery, and reduces the number of postoperative complications in children during abdominal surgery. The method includes drainage of the subaponeurotic space, washing and filling the drainage at night with a 0.01% solution of chlorophyllipt, as well as washing with solutions of furagin and metronidazole with simultaneous intravenous administration of metronidazole and tissue electrophoresis. The application of the method makes it possible to completely eliminate the suppuration of wounds after abdominal operations in children. |
