abstract | The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to methods for producing medicinal preparations from herbal raw materials, namely the anti-helminth drug cucurbin. The purpose of the invention is to increase the content of the cucurbitin amino acid in the cucurbin. The method is carried out by degreasing the ground pumpkin seeds with food grade Nefrax gasoline, extracting amino acids with boiling water, purifying the obtained extract with hydrochloric acid at a pH of 1.5-3.0, and drying. The proposed method, compared with the known, allows to increase the content of cucurbitin in cucurbin (7.8- 8.2%, and in the prototype 1.5-2%). |
