titleOfInvention Plastic patterned article with laser-like effects and its manufacturing method
abstract This invention provides a plastic patterned article with laser-like effects and its manufacturing method, particularly to one with laser-like effects to serve as mark recognition, memorial or decorative purposes, or trademarks. This invention aims to provide a novel method for resolving defects and troubles resulted from conventional method of forming plastic patterned article. The method comprises the steps of: providing a laser forming plate with laser engraved patterns to a forming mold; and injecting a transparent plastic material into the forming mold for curing; and ejecting the molded part to obtain a plastic patterned article having laser engraved patterns, thereby integrally forming the article in a simplified process, reducing difficulties involved in manufacturing, reducing defective rates and manufacturing cost. This method further provides flexibility to allow a variety of product shapes to meet various demands.
