titleOfInvention Thermal conductive carbon fiber interfacial thin sheet and method for producing the same
abstract The present invention relates to a thermal conductive carbon fiber interfacial thin sheet and a method for producing the same. The thin sheet is a vertical oriented carbon fiber thermal conductive sheet, which is characterized in one or both faces of the sheet having an exposed carbon fiber. Through the continuous and exposed highly thermal conductive fiber, heat is conducted from one interface to the other interface. The invented production method comprises using a vibration sieving or baseless flocking process such that the exposed fiber and the soft elastic substrate provide tight adhesion for various surface conditions. The invented method is simple and can provide a low production cost.
