abstract The present invention provides an electrolytic condenser with low impedance, high voltage tolerance of 100 V level, and long high temperature lifetime. By utilizing an electrolyte for the electrolytic condenser including aluminum tetrafluoride salt and also setting the water content included in the condenser device to be below 0.7 wt%, preferably below 0.5 wt%, or even preferably below 0.4 wt% corresponding to the weight of the condenser device, it is possible to obtain an electrolytic condenser with low impedance, high voltage tolerance and long high temperature lifetime.
