The present invention provides a colored photosensitive resin composition which causes a small change in exposure when a pattern is subjected to projection exposure. Disclosed is a colored photosensitive resin composition comprising a dye, a photo acid generator, a curing agent, an alkali-soluble resin, a solvent, and a compound represented by the formula (I), in the formula (I), R1 to R3 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a linear alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a branched alkyl group having 3 to 12 carbon atoms a cycloalkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms, and a hydrogen atom on the linear alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a hydrogen atom on the branched alkyl group having 3 to 12 carbon atoms, a hydrogen atom on the cycloalkyl group and a hydrogen atom on the aryl group may be substituted with a hydroxyl group, provided that at least one of R1 to R3 represents a group other than a hydrogen atom. |
