Characteristics are that the said solidifying liquid crystal layer contains the first to third areas; the said first to third areas are respectively composed of two vice-areas of vice-area A and vice-area B; the n-plane birefractive index of the said vice-area 1A is larger than the n-plane birefractive index of the said vica-area 2A; the n-plane birefractive index of the said vice-area 3A is smaller than the n-plane birefractive index of the said vice-area 2A; the n-plane birefractive index of the said vice-area 1B and the n-plane birefractive index of the said vice-area 3B are equal to each other and they are smaller than the n-plane birefractive index of the said vice-area 1A and large than the n-plane birefractive index of the said vice-area 3A. |
