titleOfInvention | Hydrogen-oxygen electrolysis apparatus and dual-surface layer modified carbon fiber paper electrode thereof |
abstract | A hydrogen-oxygen electrolysis apparatus and its dual-surface layer modified carbon fiber paper electrode comprise a first container and an electrolysis structure; a containing tank of the first container containing electrolytic aqueous solution and serial cells of electrolysis structures; the serial cells comprising a plurality of electrodes; a first conductive member and a second conductive member respectively and electrically connected to two electrodes at an extreme exterior; and a first surface of the carbon fiber paper substrate of the electrode combined with a first metal layer. Utilize the natural features of the carbon fiber paper substrate such as excellent conductivity, porosity, permeability, hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, further utilize a dual-surface layer modified method to increase the maximum surface contact between the water molecule and the electrode face, catalyst and exhaust and to prevent the produced oxy-hydrogen gas from being heaped, and uniformize the currents of the electrodes, and enhance the efficiency of the water electrolysis. |
