titleOfInvention Waveguide for guiding terahertz wave
abstract This invention provides a waveguide for guiding terahertz wave with radiation frequency from 100 GHz to 3000 GHz. The waveguide has a tube-like cladding layer and a core bundles by the cladding layer. The cladding layer is made of dielectric material except for ferroelectric matter and metal element. The cladding layer has an outer surface and an inner surface which defines a guiding space with two opposite ends for filling the core. The minimum caliber of the guiding space is longer than the wavelength of guiding terahertz wave. The inner and outer surface possess Febry-Perot effect to propagate the terahertz wave from one end to the other.
