abstract The present invention relates to a kind of western-style pastry food with health care effect, including the western-style pastry food, fermentation broth and stuffing. The western-style pastry food manufacturing method comprises: (1) providing a western-style pastry food; (2) coating fermentation broth on inner wall of the western-style pastry food; and (3) injecting a stuffing into the western-style pastry food, in which the stuffing is mixed with fermentation broth of lactic acid bacteria. In this way, the western-style pastry food can increase the body's intestinal probiotic bacteria and can also enhance the human body's health.
