| abstract | This invention relates to a clock and data recovery circuit. The clock and data recovery circuit comprises: a phase detector, output a judgment signal after comparing a data signal and a first output clock; a charge pump, transforming the judgment signal into a switching signal; a loop filter, to convert the switching signal into a control voltage; a voltage control oscillator, generating a second output clock according to the adjustment of the control voltage, wherein the voltage control oscillator comprises: a current mirror with a current control path and a current output path that currents in which are proportional; a control circuit, changing the current of the current control path according to the control voltage; a current modulation module used to output a current variation according to the judgment signal; and a current control oscillator, changing the phase of the second output clock according the summation of the current variation and the current of the current output path; and a divider, converting the second output clock into the first output clock. |
