titleOfInvention Eyeliner
abstract An eyeliner of the present invention includes a pen tube, a ball, a conjugation tube, a first refill, a second refill, a fixing means and a ring. The conjugation tube has a pen head, a bottom, a channel, an outside surface and at least a block. The channel includes an upper section and a lower section. The first refill is received in the lower section and the second refill is received in the upper section. The density of the second refill are greater than the density of the first refill. The block is disposed on the outside surface. The ring can removable circle the outside surface. When the ball is disposed in the pen tube, it can prevent the ink from being evaporated. The both refills have an appropriate volume rate that can retain the ink in the pen head and keep the both refills unsaturated all the time.
