The present invention provides an aqueous urethane resin composition which not only comprises a high refractive index of the level that can be used for optical applications, but also can form coating film or film having both excellent adhesion to every substrate and anti-blocking properties. The present invention relates to an aqueous urethane resin composition that is characterized by containing urethane resin (A) and aqueous media (B). The urethane resin (A) is obtained by reacting polyetherester polyol (a1-1) with polyisocyanate (a2). The polyetherester polyol (a1-1) is obtained by reacting alkylene oxide adduct of bisphenol compound with aromatic polycarboxylic acid. |
