abstract The invention is directed to providing an electrode production apparatus, an electrode production method, and a computer storage medium, which can appropriately form an active material layer on a surface of a belt substrate while producing an electrode. The electrode production apparatus of the invention includes: an unwinding roll, unwinding a belt metal foil M; a coating portion, coating the two sides of the belt metal foil M with active material mixture S; a drying portion 12, drying the active material mixture S on the metal foil M to form an active material layer; and a winding roll, winding the metal foil M. The drying portion 12 includes: a plurality of rod heaters 30, which are arranged in a row along a longitudinal direction of the metal foil M and illuminate infrared rays; a plurality of reflecting plates 31, which sandwich the rod heaters 30 and are disposed opposite to the surface of metal foil M, reflecting the infrared rays from the rod heaters 30 toward the metal foil M; an air supply port 32, which is formed between adjacent reflecting plates 31, 31, supplying air toward a drying region D between the reflecting pates 31 and the metal foil M; and an exhaust port 33, which are formed between other reflecting plates 31, 31, exhausting the air in the drying region D.
