abstract |
The subject of the present invention relates to a compound having an excellent DGAT inhibitory action and an ingestion inhibitory action or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The solution of the present invention provides a compound represented by the formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof: □ [wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a carboxyl group; and R2 and R3 are independently represented by a C1-C6 alkyl group, Or R2 and R3 together with a bonded carbon atom form a C3-C6 cycloalkane which may be substituted by one carboxyl group or a carboxymethyl group; U is a nitrogen atom or the like; V is a nitrogen atom or the like; W is a nitrogen atom or the like; and Z is a nitrogen atom.
