Laminate for thermosensitive cell tissue transplantation scaffold and use thereof |
abstract |
A laminate comprising stem cells, a biodegradable layer providing a stem cell growth and differentiation environment, isopropyl acrylamide which is polymerizable together with the biodegradable layer and which is temperature sensitive and easily exfoliated. The invention also provides a method of treating a skin or tissue defect by covering a composition of the invention where the skin or tissue defect requires treatment. Further, the composition of the present invention can bind different growth hormones to induce differentiation of stem cells in biodegradable scaffolds and transplanted tissues into skin-related cells, nerve cells, and insulin-positive cells. The invention further provides a quick and convenient method for monitoring cell growth or tissue engineering in an animal. |
