abstract A dye-sensitized solar cell and a light-scattering layer manufacturing method thereof, comprising the steps of: mixing zinc acetate, a strong alkali and water into a reaction solution; immersing a transparent substrate in the reaction solution, wherein the transparent substrate has a nanometer a structural layer; and stirring the reaction solution at a high speed of 500 to 1500 rpm at room temperature to provide a high-speed flow field for reacting zinc acetate with a strong base, and growing a layer of zinc oxide on the nanostructure layer A sheet structure as a light scattering layer. Thereby, the present invention can provide a simple, fast and low-cost method for fabricating a light-scattering layer, and can improve the light utilization efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell.
