The invention discloses a cleaning system for a panel, which comprises a steam sprayer for spraying steam on a panel, a cooling water sprayer for spraying cooling water on the panel, and a cleaning method for exposing a panel through the vapor. Spray and chill water spray to perform cleaning of the panel. When a vapor spray panel is used, foreign matter attached to the panel may temporarily expand or undergo a phase change.
