abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide an X-ray tube which can stably irradiate X-rays under the desired conditions in an irradiation region extending in a desired direction. The solution has a substrate 4 made of an alloy 426 forming the opening portion 6 and an X-ray penetrating window 5 which is a titanium foil provided to plug the opening portion 6 of the substrate 4; the container portion 3 is A flat box type mounted on the substrate 4 and having a vacuum inside; the X-ray target 7 is an opening 6 provided in the inside of the container portion 3; and an electron source is used to inject electrons into the X-ray target 7 inside the container portion 3. . Further, the electron source has a linear cathode 9, a first control electrode 10 for drawing electrons from the cathode 9, and a second control electrode 11 for limiting the irradiation range of the extracted electrons. At this time, the X-rays emitted from the X-ray transmission window 5 are diffused into a radial shape by the opening shape of the opening 6. |
