The present invention relates to a compound of formula I,n□nWherein X, R, R1, R2, D, E1, E2, E3, E4, G1, G2, G3 and G4 have the meanings indicated in the scope of the patent application, which are valuable pharmaceutically active compounds. It is an inhibitor of cathepsin A and can be used to treat diseases such as atherosclerosis, heart failure, kidney disease, liver disease or inflammatory diseases. The invention further relates to a process for the preparation of a compound of formula I, to its use and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the same. |
