Provided is a film with excellent transparency and better flex resistance. Disclosed is a polyimide film comprising a polyimide having a structure represented by the following general formula (1); wherein, as residual solvents in the film, a content of an organic solvent that has a boiling point of less than 100°C at 1 atm, is 2000 ppm or less, and a content of an organic solvent that has a boiling point of 100°C or more at 1 atm, is 100 ppm or less; and a total light transmittance measured in accordance with JIS K7361-1 is 85% or more: n(reference characters in the formula are as described in the Specification.) |
