abstract The invention relates to the field of glass manufacturing, and discloses an aluminosilicate glass composition, aluminosilicate glass, and a preparation method and application thereof. Based on the total moles of the aluminosilicate glass composition, the aluminosilicate glass composition contains 67-74 mol% SiO 2 , 10-15 mol% Al 2 O 3 , and 0 -5mol% B 2 O 3 , 1-10mol% MgO, 1-10mol% CaO, 0-3mol% SrO, 2-8mol% BaO, 0.1-4mol% ZnO, 0.1-4mol% RE 2 O 3 and less than 0.05 mol% of R 2 O, where RE is a rare earth element and R is an alkali metal. The aluminosilicate glass prepared by the method of the present invention is environmentally friendly, has good thermal stability, and can have both a higher annealing point temperature and a lower melting temperature and forming temperature. The glass still has a higher temperature after being thinned. In addition, the aluminosilicate glass has excellent chemical resistance.
