The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel compound capable of promoting cell proliferation in cell cultivation (especially in three-dimensional cell cultivation). The hydrazide compounds represented by formula (I): (in formula, each symbol is same as those defined in the specification), or salts thereof, or a composition comprising the same can significantly promote cells proliferation, sphere formation, cyst formation and/or organoid formation, and in addition, can significantly inhibit kinase activity such as LATS1, LATS2 and the like. |
