The subject of the present invention is to stably manufacture a Co-based alloy structure having a complex shape while securing sufficient mechanical strength.n As a solution, the present invention is a method for producing a Co-based alloy structure having a first structure having a space portion and a second structure portion embedded in the space portion, and the particle size distribution of the powder used is in the range of 5~ 85μm, the range of D90 is 40~80μm, the first Co-based alloy powder is formed, and the range of the particle size distribution of the powder is 5~85μm, and the range of D90 is 5~85μm. The second Co-based alloy powder of 40-80 μm is characterized by a process of forming the second structure portion in the space portion through a hot isostatic pressing method in a state where the space portion of the first structure portion is filled. |
